BSV Mastery is operated by Ben Shoots Visuals. These terms apply when you use the website, purchase the course or access the student platform.
Course purchase
BSV Mastery costs £49.99 as a one-time GBP payment. Your personal course access begins after Stripe confirms payment and you create the student account linked to the purchase email.
Digital access
By choosing immediate access at checkout, you ask us to begin supplying the digital course straight away and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right ends once access begins. This does not affect rights you may have if digital content is faulty or not as described.
Accounts
Your access is personal to you. Keep your login details secure and do not share, resell or redistribute your account.
Course materials
All videos, downloads, footage and teaching materials remain the intellectual property of BSV Mastery or their respective owners. They are provided for your personal learning only.
Availability and updates
We may update lesson content, resources and platform features to improve the course. Planned maintenance or events outside our reasonable control may occasionally interrupt access; we will work to restore it as soon as reasonably possible.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, copy or redistribute course materials, interfere with the platform, upload malicious content or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the course, its students or our rights.
